The dropping of the golf balls will take place on Friday, June 24th, 2011 between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm, weather permitting. To win the Red Cross Ball Drop, pre-selected judge(s) identified on the Indiana Charity Gaming License will videotape the measurement of the distance from the base of the flag/hole to the near side of the ball to determine the winners. Decisions by the judge(s) on measurement shall be final and binding. A copy of the video will be retained by the American Red Cross for one year to ensure any questions by participants are able to be answered. Prizes will be awarded, to up to five individuals whose golf balls come to rest closest to the flag: You do not need to be present to win. If one of those five closest golf balls to the flag is a pre-selected number as determined by the American Red Cross on the day of the event, the bearer of that numbered golf ball will recieve a check for $50,000. The American Red Cross does not guarantee any one person will win the grand prize of $50,000, however all other prizes will be given away based on the criteria listed above. In the event that multiple balls go into the designated hole, the ball resting at the bottom of the flag will receive 1st Place Prize, and the next ball will receive 2nd Place Prize. In the event there are multiple balls with the exact, same measurements, closest to flag stick, then these same balls will be selected at random to determine the 1st and 2nd place winners. Verification of eligibility and identity will be required before prizes are released. If a winner cannot be located or fails to claim their prize within 30 days after notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail or mail by 5pm Central Standard Time on Friday, June 24th, 2010. Winners will also be posted on www.redcrossballdrop.org. Participants need not be present to win. In the event of adverse weather, an alternate award methodology will be used. If some unforeseen event (i.e. adverse weather) occurs that prevents the American Red Cross from holding the Red Cross Ball Drop from taking place as outlined above, prize winners will be determined by random drawing of ticket stubs by pre-selected judge(s) identified on the Indiana Charity Gaming License. Five numbers will be drawn and videotaped by the American Red Cross. The first number selected randomly will win the first place prize. The second number selected randomly will win the second place prize. The third number selected randomly will win the third place prize. The fourth number selected randomly will win the fourth place prize. The fifth number selected randomly will win the fifth place prize. If one of those five selected randomly numbers is the pre-selected number as determined by the American Red Cross on the day of the event, the bearer of that numbered golf ball will recieve a check for $50,000. It should be noted the American Red Cross does not guarantee any one person will win the grand prize of $50,000, however all other prizes will be given away based on the criteria listed above.

All Proceeds benefit the American Red Cross. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received by the deadline set forth above.
